Shipping Policy

PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends or holidays for items to ship).  All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.  USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. 

Items will not ship until payment has been received. 

If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check our junk/spam folder then email us to inquire about your order.  If you have any questions, please contact us via email.

Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as he order is now in  their possession.  You can contact the U. S. Postal Service with questions about your package.

If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with our tracking number, you will need to contact our post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue.  Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and lost deliveries MUST be handled through the post office.   

All items are made to order and may vary color due to the products natural color and the computer screen may change the color. If you are not satisfied with our order for any reason, please send me an email and I will do my best to fix the issue to your satisfaction.
